Equipment

  • 3 Pie Dishes
  • 1 Large Saute Pan
  • 1 Bag of Pie Weight Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Pie Crusts
  • 2.275 lbs Ground Beef (15/20)
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 4 Carrots
  • 340 grams Frozen Peas
  • 2 Russet Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Beef Stock
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock
  • 6 tbsp Brown Gravy
  • 3 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg Beaten

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes for 10 mins
    2 Russet Potatoes
  • Fry the onion, carrots for 5-10 mins
    1 Yellow Onion, 4 Carrots
  • Add the Beef, fry till brown.
    2.275 lbs Ground Beef (15/20)
  • Add stock, Worcester, Garlic, Black Pepper and Peas.
    3 tbsp Beef Stock, 3 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Black Pepper, 340 grams Frozen Peas
  • Simmer for 20 minutes until thick
  • Bake Blind pie crust with foil and pie weight beans for 20 minutes at 400F
    6 Pie Crusts
  • Add filling and top crust.
  • Baste the crust in a beaten egg.
    1 Egg
  • Cook for 25-30 mins.
